PAYING / OFFERING
The minimum I take as far as money offers is 20$ unless specified otherwise.
I do not take trades at all, I cannot connect with random characters. However, I do consider swaps of my own designs but I am extremely picky.
backing out is strictly prohibited. it will result in a block, I do not like my time wasted! please think before you buy, if you are a trusted buyer I do not mind, if it is an emergency.
These do not only apply to adopts, backing out on commissions is not allowed as well.
If you fail to pay within 24 hours I will consider that backing out and you will be blocked as well.
DESIGN USE
Overpricing my designs are prohibited.
Their worth is determined by the base value they were brought for + art / commissions added. If obtained via trade / gift their worth resorts back to zero.
Do not put my designs on promiseback / tradelocked if money is involved, please talk it out with the person who you have purchased from.
You are allowed to change up / add small details to my designs! As long as they are not completely unrecognizable.
Trading my designs to anyone who does not own a toyhouse account is strictly prohibited.
I do not have a public blacklist.
However, if I have you blocked / you have me blocked, obtaining my designs is prohibited. If I find out I have the right to revoke.

I usually do not send sketches, but if you would like me to do that do ask me while ordering!
When commissioning, If you request anything such as nudity I prefer you to be 16+.
anything suggestive I prefer you to be 17+. I will not draw straight up nsfw.
When commissioning, please have a clear and consistent reference.
I cannot work with sketched references and/or descriptions, its extremely overwhelming and I am likely to draw your oc incorrectly. I do not mind small design notes at all!
When ordering a custom, please provide as much description and reference images as possible!
I cannot work with just worded descriptions as it is extremely easy to misinterpet. Sketched works of what you would like work too!

I understand your excitement and I don't blame you at all! But in a way it can be pressuring, I prefer if you ask for updates if my turn around time expires!
